Michele Henney (CPA, Ph.D) - Board of Directors President and Treasurer Michele is an Instructor of Accounting at the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business. She has been on the faculty since 2004. She also holds an active CPA license in the state of Oregon and has practiced as a CPA for more than 25 years. In addition to her faculty position and professional activities, Michele is an active volunteer in the community and within her professions.

Phyllis Haddox (Ph.D) - Board of Directors Vice President Phyllis began her career in education more than 45 years ago as a classroom teacher and then reading specialist in California. Now retired, she was a faculty member at the University of Oregon where she provided hands-on training to doctoral students and others in supervisory, teaching and management techniques. Dr. Haddox has also worked as an instructional design consultant on training videos for the University of Oregon and the Mayo Clinic and on books for author, Barbara Sher.

Denise Vendley - Board of Directors Secretary Denise is President of Rossetti Marketing and has successfully planned, implemented, monitored and measured marketing plans for several small businesses in the Eugene area. She is a creative, out-of-the-box thinker with over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the areas of sales training and management, graphic design/ad layout, media buying, event coordination, creating promotional campaigns and strategic planning. Denise also serves on the Oregon RV Alliance Board and is Vice President of their executive committee. Denise is the Marketing Director for the South Willamette Wineries Association.

Mike Grudzien Mike is a Senior Account Manager at Vestus Group. Mike has been a telecommunications consultant for over 16 years. He is a long standing Rotarian and former Board Member of the Eugene Rotary Club. Mike holds a Masters of Advertising from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. A Marine Corps veteran, Mike served as a Marine Security Guard for American Embassies in Europe and provided Presidential security duty.

Celeste Edman - Celeste is the Vice President of Sales for Lunar Logic. With more than a decade of sales and marketing experience, Celeste has developed a sharp eye for how businesses get overwhelmed by what having a "web presence" means and how to help them retool so that they can communicate who they are quickly, easily, and affordably. As a successful manager and entrepreneur, she also empathetically helps other business owners set priorities and create the balance they want between their web site and their work.
S. Dustin Caldwell - Dustin Caldwell is the Vice President of Old Dominion Collision Repair Centers. He has been in the automotive collision repair business since 1993. Caldwell has been a contributor of the new production model developed with the assistance of PPG and called ParaKaizen (meaning; continuous improvement), which Old Dominion has been using since June of 2006. His work in the development and implementation of the ParaKaizen model has been published in several industry publications nationwide. Caldwell holds a B.S. in Business from Linfield College, he's received I-CAR Platinum Industry certification and is also certified with ASE. Caldwell is an active member of the community; volunteering with Eugene Rotary, the Skinner’s Butte Park project, Relief Nursery and Food for Lane County. He is an avid recycler who continually looks for ways to reduce and reuse in the collision repair industry and in his personal life. His business motto is “We strive for perfection but settle for excellence.”

John Marshall - John has worked with, trained and managed typically marginalized populations. He was part owner of the worker-owned co-op Genesis Juice in Eugene. He went back to school after 25 years and earned a teaching certificate. He is currently employed at South Eugene High School in the Life Skills classroom with Lane Service District (LESD) Issues of economic, environmental, and social justice have always been a passion for him.
